- Staff Management:Hiring, training, and supervising salon staff, including, aestheticians, and support personnel.
- Creating work schedules and managing staff performance.
- Customer Service:Ensuring excellent customer service is provided to clients.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Inventory Management:Monitoring and managing salon inventory, including beauty products, equipment, and retail items.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Financial Management:Budgeting and financial planning to ensure the salon operates within financial targets.
- Tracking revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Manage P&L; of revenue.
- Marketing and Promotions : follow up on marketing team.
- Organizing promotions, events, and collaborations to increase salon visibility.
- Salon Maintenance:Overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of the salon space and equipment.
- Arranging for repairs and updates as needed.
