**Key Responsibilities**:
- Offer expert advice on UAE business setup services, including company formation, licensing, and compliance with local regulations.
- Actively engage in lead generation, sales prospecting, and follow-ups to convert leads into clients for both immigration and business setup services.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by promoting services and closing deals with clients.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring excellent service and repeat business.
- Stay current on immigration policies, visa regulations, and UAE business laws to provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information.
- Coordinate and manage the preparation, submission,
and follow-up of all documentation for immigration and business setup processes.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, progress, and feedback to improve sales and service delivery.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for attracting and retaining clients.
- Regularly report on sales performance, including leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue achieved.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team.
