**About Us**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Field Sales and Customer Engagement**:

- Actively seek out and engage potential customers through outdoor sales activities.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of cosmetics products to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

**Territory Management**:







- Manage and optimize a sales territory, ensuring maximum coverage and exposure for the company's products.
- Schedule and conduct regular visits to retail stores, salons, spas, and other relevant locations.

**Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to stay informed and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

**Sales Targets and Reporting**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.

**Driving and Travel**:

- Travel to various locations within the assigned territory to meet with potential and existing clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and samples to clients as required.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

**Experience**:







- Prior 2 years’ experience in outdoor sales, particularly in the cosmetics industry, is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in cosmetics background and sales are encouraged to apply.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bilingual in English.

**Other Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
