Apt Resources is seeking a motivated and experienced Arabic-Speaking Sales Manager to join our client's, prominent Industrial Catering Company in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue in the industry. You will manage a team of sales professionals, build strong relationships with key clients, and explore new business opportunities within the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and maximize revenue.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients,
understanding their needs and expectations to deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies to inform sales efforts.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and changes to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in UAE, preferably within the food industry and industrial catering sector is a MUST
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred
- Must be based in UAE
Benefits
The salary is AED 12,000 to 14,000 (All In) plus Commission on sales target
