**We’re Hiring! Operations Executive (Event Technology)**

Location: Dubai

Join Leap Interactive, a leader in AI-powered event technology, and be part of a team that’s transforming the industry. We are looking for an Operations Executive to oversee the smooth execution of our event booth operations.

**What You’ll Do (Your Mission)**:

- Manage booth operations for events, ensuring seamless setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Coordinate with the event team to ensure that all technical and operational aspects are in place.
- Oversee the logistics, scheduling, and deployment of equipment and materials.
- Monitor and ensure that all booths meet quality standards, are functional, and align with client expectations.






- Troubleshoot on-site issues promptly, offering quick resolutions to ensure mínimal disruption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, and client support, to ensure a successful event.
- Manage vendor relations and coordinate deliveries, installations, and post-event breakdowns.

**What We’re Looking For (Your Profile)**:

- Proven experience in event operations, preferably in technology-driven environments.
- Ability to manage logistics and coordinate technical setups for event booths.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle challenges in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.






- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
