**Salary Range**:AED 2,000 - AED 6,000 per month

**Hours**: 6 days a week, 3:00pm - 11:00pm

We are looking for a talented and motivated Female Sales Executive to contribute to the success of Royal Damac Tours & Travel. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our travel packages, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading a team of salespeople
- Motivating the team to generate leads and build client relationships
- Setting targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts
- Promote and sell a range of travel packages, including holiday packages, tours, and travel-related services to individuals and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs, offering personalized travel solutions, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.






- Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our travel packages.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts and effective negotiation skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations to better advise clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of booked travel arrangements.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in UAE in any industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for travel.






- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- _Own visa preferred_

**Dress Code**

As per Company policy; Black/Blue Suit with White Shirt and White/Black Shoes

**Experience**:

- In a Sales Managerial position minimum 1 year in UAE (required)

**Languages**:
Required: English

Preferred: _Malayan, Hindi, Tagalog, Urdu_

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
