Maintenance follow up in coordination with the Area Manager. Communicating with maintenance department and assure the completion of maintenance cycle and report back to Area manager. Responsible for handling with care and securing the vault keys. Check the stock room and the space allocation to ensure Safety regulations. Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock. Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including placing orders, transfers in and out and returns counts. Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies as well as conduct daily back barring and inspection on expired products in the stock and the shop.





Follow up with demands and supplies to monitor the inventory. Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports. Attend mandatory trainings scheduled by the Company. Lead as role model by demonstrating the Company’s Values. Coordinate with the training department regarding the final assessment schedule and process and generate monthly training report. Check Income on daily basis and prepare report for collection if required. Encode expenses properly, monitor and control petty cash as per rules and regulations. Prepare Municipality requirements and reporting matters. Attend meetings at the request of line manager to ensure efficient communication across the operations. Assist Area Manager with employees’ requests by monitoring and follow up with HR for employees requests and maintain all documents/ Records that are useful for backup. Encode employees’ schedules. Generate a range of reports related to HR/ Trainings, Maintenance and Finance. Monitor data entry,





customers information, loyalty cards, membership cards and information editing.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
