Relationship officers.

You'll be responsible for reaching out to customers and helping them with their financial needs. You'll use your excellent rewarding role where you get to make a positive impact on people's lives! A relationship officer is a company representative that contacts the existing or potential prospects with the intention of closing a sale. Given the nature of their job, they ought to have excellent communication skills and the ability to inform and pursue the potential prospect.

Requirements
- Proven experience as representative in financial sales of banking products
- Proven track record of successfully sales.
- Ability and desiring to learn on the job.






- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues

Job Role:

- Contacting potential or existing customers for sales of credit cards.
- Closing sales deals and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Gathering data & generating leads.
- Capable of achieving the monthly targets.
- Willing to go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keeping records of calls and sales and noting helpful information.
- Manifesting excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exhibiting confidence in presenting the products over the phone and maintaining customer relationships
