Wild Paint House is a unique art jamming studio located in Dubai. Six fun & colorful abstract art jamming experiences are offered, suitable for adults and kids. The studio also hosts birthday parties and team bonding through art for corporate partners. Wild Paint House is a unique art space dedicated to Creativity: Play with paints. No rules, no boundaries, no stress. We have two studios in Singapore and we launched in Dubai with a bang over a year ago.
The Studio Manager oversees our team of art jamming hosts to ensure effective performance and a premium customer experience for each of our guests. You are expected to be really hard-working, professional, reliable, positive, and a creative role model for the team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Overall active management of the studio, working closely with the CEO and upper management
- Ensure smooth operations within the studio, including administration, front desk duties and backend work, and providing tip-top customer service to our guests
- Monitor the studio's operations and manage the art jamming hosts’ duties and performance
- Create an amazing experience for each of our guests. You are the face of the brand. Maintain personal connections and communication with our clients. Build long-term relationships between our brand and our visitors
- Handle payment collection, group bookings, quotes and proposals, invoicing, financial reports, etc.
- Process customers' accounts & maintain studio resources (stocktake and inventory, reordering, etc.)
- Work with the marketing and product team to implement social media promotional campaigns and initiatives
- Follow, improve, develop and implement standard operating procedures
- Train and manage new team members and nurture an amazing team culture
- Business development and sales
- Manage online order/ delivery
- Keep the studio space clean, organized, and safe
- Oversee and manage marketing for social media, campaigns, events, etc.
- Organize and design events for birthday parties, team bonding events, PR launch, offsite events, etc.
- Deliver off-site art programs and events
- Assist in any jobs/tasks in the studio when required. You must be totally versatile and 100% flexible.
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned by CEO and upper management.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
- Passion for people, human interaction and arts. You need to genuinely love people: from seniors to little kids.
- Proven management experience
- Proven customer support and sales experience
- Fun and extroverted, and enjoys interacting with people and gets energy from events. Warm personality.
- High energy
- Excited by creating tons of amazing experiences on a daily basis
- Polite and patient to provide exceptional customer service. Excellent at customer recovery.
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Passionate about art and creative experiences (no art background required. However, it may be a plus).
- Able to manage your time responsibly. You will work on weekends and public holidays
- A minimum of 2 year of experience in a supervisory/management position.
- Experience working with children is a plus.
