As part of our growing team, we are seeking a dynamic and multi-talented individual to join our team as Commi 2 PASTRY to join our Pastry / Bakery section.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Commis II Pastry, you are responsible for the preparation and production of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Preparing a wide variety of products such as cakes, desserts, bread etc.
- Follow recipes and instructions from the Chef
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in plating and presentation of desserts
- Collaborate with the pastry team to ensure smooth operations
**- **Support in the daily operation and work
- Control food stock and food cost in his section
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a pastry kitchen or culinary environment is a must
- Culinary diploma or relevant certification in pastry arts
- Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Strong passion for pastry and desserts
- Willingness to learn and develop pastry skills
- Attention to detail and creativity in pastry presentation
**Monthly Salary and Benefits**:
- AED 1,800 - AED 2,250 (all-inclusive)

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,250.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Pastry & Bakery: 2 years (required)
