_**Duties and Responsibilities**:_
- Assist Commercial Manager in daily tasks within the Commercial Department.
- Examine Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Tender Documents to formulate briefs for subsequent departmental execution.
- Keep the RFQ database current by updating information based on New/Assigned tasks, Ongoing processes, and Completed tasks.
- Integrate technical and legal content into proposals and quotations, ensuring alignment with RFP/RFQ and Tender Documents' scope of work.
- Formulate contracts encompassing all legal and agreed-upon aspects of the scope of work, including specified parameters for legal compliance.
- Possess proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, with a preference for proficiency in spoken and written communication, including drafting skills will be preferred.
- Carry out any additional assignments delegated by the Commercial Manager
