Job Location : UAE

Responsibilities:

- Able to lead sales.
- Responsible for taking appointments and follow-up meetings.
- Creating email correspondence to enhance client communication and maintain a sales calendar.
- Answering calls, logged messages, and/or transferring calls to the appropriate person in an efficient manner.
- Coordinating with the sales team by managing calendars, organizing client files and documents, and communicating client information to representatives, management, or other staff as needed.
- Responding to customer inquiries/ complaints.
- Informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems or working with renewal executive to inform clients of delays and problems.






- Attending meetings with sales/marketing team at client place.
- Keeping abreast of market trends, changes in demand, etc.
- Organizing sales by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested.
- Maintaining contact list and updates.
- Assisting in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

Requirements:

- Equivalent degree in sales.
- 4-5 years of experience in the UAE real estate market.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Prospecting and negotiation skills.
- Self-confidence and a good speaker.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
- Able to maintain good relationships with clients.
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer application knowledge.
- Follow and be abreast of the latest in the real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
