Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating captivating designs for a variety of digital and print campaigns,
ensuring they align with client objectives and brand guidelines. You will collaborate closely with the creative and account management teams to deliver visually compelling assets for advertising, social media, and branding projects. Your creativity and technical skills will help bring campaigns to life, leaving a lasting impression on audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design eye-catching visual content for digital and print mediums, including advertisements, social media posts, branding materials, and presentations.
- Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and account managers to understand project requirements and develop concepts that align with client goals.
- Produce innovative design solutions that elevate brands and deliver clear messaging.
- Ensure all designs meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time and within scope.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software to continuously improve creative output.
- Adapt designs based on client feedback and internal team reviews.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative ideation for upcoming campaigns.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in graphic design, ideally within leading advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects, including digital, print, and branding work.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality designs.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of current design trends and an ability to adapt to various client needs and industries.
