We are hiring for one of the leading advertising and digital agencies in the region, renowned for delivering exceptional marketing solutions and unforgettable brand experiences. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a passion for client servicing, advertising, and digital marketing to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
As an Account Manager - Advertising/Digital,
you will be the primary liaison between the agency and its key clients. Your role will involve managing advertising and digital campaigns, from initial concept through execution, ensuring top-quality delivery and measurable success. You will work closely with internal creative, production, and strategy teams to bring client visions to life, all while fostering long-term client relationships and growing their accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring their objectives are met.
- Lead advertising and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to develop innovative campaign strategies and executions.
- Present proposals, campaign ideas, and performance reports to clients, offering strategic insights.
- Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication, exceptional service, and by meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to expand services within the client's portfolio.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing advancements to provide the best solutions to clients.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in account management, ideally within leading advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
- Proven track record of managing successful advertising and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs.
- In-depth knowledge of advertising, digital marketing, and brand activation trends.
