About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The role involves working in the sales and leasing department, where you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties in Dubai. You will play a key role in advising clients on market conditions, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and closing transactions.
Responsibilities:
1. Actively seek new clients and property listings for sales and leasing.
2. Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties based on their needs.
3.
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate property information to clients.
4. Negotiate deals and prepare contracts for real estate transactions.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest property listings, market trends, and real estate regulations.
6. Build and maintain a network of property owners, tenants, and investors.
Requirements:
1. Must be currently based in Dubai.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Prior experience in real estate sales and leasing is preferred but not mandatory.
4. Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
