Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Since this is a new role, the job holder must develop the infrastructure of the analytical portfolio, management information system, and project deliveries.
The core activities will be to ensure an automated portfolio information deck is provided to the Head of Real Estate Credit, Business Heads, RMs, Products, Collections, GCCO & other senior management on a periodic and on-demand basis. The job holder is also responsible for setting up relevant SLAs across multiple departments and monitoring the TATs on the credit approval cycles. The job holder is to be the custodian of the 3C proceedings and further follow-ups with the relevant responsible teams/individuals across the business.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Core responsibilities
1. Preparation and timely release of the daily/weekly/monthly dashboard and reports.
2. Portfolio segment analysis and preparation of decks for business, collections, and senior management.
3. Run analysis on deferral impacts on the portfolio.
4. Analyze scope for improvement in processes.
5. Liaise with the project team to ensure timeline and orderly rollout of projects.
6.
Support the team in account management activities like timely reviews and risk-based strategies through cost of risk assessment along with incremental benefit.
7. Maintain and report information gathered from various sources of portfolio, collections, and credit accurately.
8. Run 3C monthly and drive follow-up processes with relevant responsible teams/individuals.
9. Automate manual processes for improving efficiency and reducing errors.
10. Provide support on the launch of any new system or upgrade/modification to the existing through functional analysis and UAT.
11. Coordinate with IT and other departments for timely availability of data for Central Bank, Bureau, Governance & Audit, and other stakeholders.

1. Ensure TAT is met as per agreed SLA.

Minimize risk exposure by reviewing risk potential in detail to reduce any inherent risks to the business.
3. Ensure accuracy of reports and analysis conducted.
4. Timely and efficient generation of reports for management.
5. Timely execution of any special work-related tasks assigned by the line manager.
6. Ensure that audit items are addressed and resolved accordingly.
FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:
1. Functions within the framework and boundaries of Group policies as well as overall organisational and governance frameworks.
2. Authorised to take decisions as per the approved authorisation matrix.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent degree in Computer Science or any other similar field.
Minimum Experience
1. 10 years’ relevant experience in Banking/Analytics domain/Project delivery.
2. Deep knowledge of analysis and presentation is a must.
3. Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
4. Proficient in MS Access, SQL, SAS, and Power BI.
5. Any other data mining skills including exposure to data analytics tools.
6. Time-management skills.
7. Communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with various professionals.
8. Detail-oriented team player with a strong understanding of budgets and estimates.
