What we need from you:
1. Always maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
2. Report for duty punctually wearing correct uniform and provide a courteous and professional service to internal and external customers to ensure IHG DFC standards are complied with.
3. Constantly be aware of the room status on assigned blocks and public areas and ensure that assigned blocks, including the corridors, back of the house areas, stairways, and storerooms, are kept safe and clean. Report any defects to the Team Leader.
4.
Ensure that cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned areas are always maintained.
5. Ensure all equipment on assigned blocks is always kept clean and in good working order to attain maximum life of all housekeeping machines.
6. Ensure complete understanding of and adherence to the policy relating to fire, hygiene, health, and safety to ensure accurate procedures are followed in case of emergency.
7. Ensure complete understanding in handling housekeeping cleaning chemicals and other equipment to ensure safety while at work.
8. Perform any other duties that Management may reasonably require.
9. Prepare room for new associate arriving as per the SOPs.
10. Ensure that no misuse of equipment or FF&E; in the accommodation takes place.
What you can expect from us:
Basic reading, writing, and math skills are required. Understanding of and ability to speak English is essential. At least 01 year of experience in Housekeeping (Middle East Experience).
