We are currently looking for a Hotel Receptionist for one of our properties in UAE. Only shortlisted and qualified applicants will be contacted by the HR Department.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
- Perform check-in quickly and efficiently, according to the Hotel Standards.
- Be familiar with the walk-in guest procedures.
- Ensure that the room billing method is completed as per hotel procedure.
- Show guests to their room when required in a pleasant manner, informing them of the facilities of the room and hotel, and ensuring that their luggage will be delivered by the bellboy as soon as possible.
- Be familiar with the facilities of the hotel and their times of operation.
- Answer all telephone calls in three rings with appropriate greeting.
- Answer guest or telephone queries supplying the correct information.
- Take, input and amend any reservation as required, assuring all reservations will be guaranteed.
Qualifications:
- With hospitality experience.
- At least 1 year experience in Front Office.
