Job Opportunity: Senior Fabricator
Apt Resources is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fabricator to join an architectural and structural steel company. As a Senior Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling steel structures and architectural components for various projects. We are looking for an individual with exceptional attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for producing high-quality work. This position is a contractual role with a duration of two years.
Responsibilities
1.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
2. Prepare and set up machinery for fabrication, including cutting, bending, and shaping steel
3. Fabricate and assemble steel structures and architectural components
4. Weld components using different welding techniques
5. Ensure accuracy and precision in all fabrication work
6. Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications
7. Repair and modify structures as needed
8. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
9. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure project success
Requirements
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a fabricator in architectural and structural steel
2. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
3. Strong knowledge of steel fabrication techniques and welding processes
4. Experience with operating and maintaining fabrication machinery and tools
5. Attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality work
6.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a fabrication environment
Benefits
The salary is AED 1,700 plus OT, Visa, Food, Medical Insurance, WIFI, and Accommodation.
Note: Accommodation and Factory are in 1 campus. (100 meter distance between Factory to Accommodation)
