Specialist - Website & Social Media Content Management
Job Description
- Developing content strategy aligned with short, medium-term, and long-term marketing objectives
- Collaborating with the communication and business teams to design, plan, and develop site content, style, and layouts
- Developing an editorial calendar and ensuring communication and brand teams are on board
- Creating and publishing engaging content
- Editing, proofreading, and improving language
- Liaising with the communication team, agencies, and content writers to ensure brand consistency
- Optimizing content according to SEO requirements, working with the digital marketing/SEO specialist
- Using content management systems to analyze website traffic and users’ engagement metrics
- Managing content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic through backlinks
- Providing Arabic translation for all marketing material and collateral required by the Group
- Managing the social media accounts, posting, and community management for the Group
Profile
- Preferably an Arabic speaker with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Excellent reading and writing skills
- Relevant experience as a marketing specialist
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, Concrete5, Content stack, or similar platforms
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
- Working knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate ideas in a clear, confident manner
- Proven work experience as a Content Specialist or a lead
- Managing users and optimizing the digital experience of our users in a CMS
