Roles and Responsibilities :
- Supporting on campaigns across various platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and ATL executions, print and POP productions.
- Assist the social media team in building the brands' social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content is being created, posted, and monitored.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, changes, platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Coordinate and follow up with all internal departments in order to get things done in the most time and cost-efficient manner.
- Maintain and deliver reports with the help of the media and planning teams.
- Liaise between the brands and the client,
receiving and channeling requests and briefs and ensure a smooth operation of the account.
- Present and support creative work, send quotations and invoices to the client and follow up accordingly.
- Build a good relationship with the client and act as a resourceful point of contact.
- Act as the brand guardian across the portfolio handled and always think proactively.
Ideal background :
- BS / BA in Marketing or Advertising specialization
- 3-4 years of experience in a communications agency.
- Computer Skills : Microsoft Office
- Print and POP Productions experience is a must
- Great communication and creative skills
- Presentation skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously; excellent time-management and organizational skills
