is seeking a motivated anddedicated Admission Counselor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for guidingprospective students through the admissions process, providing comprehensiveinformation about programs, and ensuring a smooth and efficient applicationexperience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide detailedinformation and counseling to prospective students and their families regardingprograms, admission requirements, and the application process.
- Assist students incompleting application forms, gathering necessary documentation, and ensuringtimely submission of all required materials.






- Maintain regularcommunication with applicants to provide updates on their application statusand offer assistance with any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Represent theinstitution at educational fairs, school visits, and other outreach events topromote programs and attract potential students.
- Maintain and updaterecords of all prospective students and applicants in the admissions database,ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and presentregular reports on admissions activities, trends, and outcomes to therecruitment agency and the educational institution.
- Work closely withother departments, including marketing and academic teams, to ensure alignmentin messaging and admissions strategies.
