At present, it is undergoing a substantial transformation to put it firmly in keeping with modern times. The Maison Chaumet is taking up a new place in a global repositioning context with a very considerable increase in sales.
Reporting to the Sales & Operations Supervisor Middle East, you will have an opportunity to contribute to the Maison strong development in the Middle East,
through providing administrative & on-field support to the Retail Department and Region's Stores Network :
Facility management :
- Coordinate with local contractors to ensure all stores are up to standards (store furniture, electricity, store climate, maintenance requests, etc.)
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure all requests are attended to in a timely manner, and the stores comply with the guidelines from a brand image perspective.
- Keep track of all outstanding issues by maintaining a log-sheet in partnership with the store management team. Follow-up with the contractor on possible solution.
Update the Sales & Operations Supervisor on weekly basis on pending issues.
Assist Stores with required mall permits and forms related to the contractor team for complex works.
Admin & sales :
- Maintain and update the Facility Contact List
- Follow-up and keep on track on all needed expiry & renewals of service provider contracts, TL, insurances, etc.
Uniforms :
- Organize and maintain uniforms files and records.
- Produce bi-annual orders after gathering retail staff needs from store management teams.
- Receive and conduct an inventory-count of the uniform and manage the distribution.
- Ensure all newcomers have a complete set of uniform at the time of joining.
Stationary & sales tools :
- Work with the Office Coordinator to ensure office & Stores stationary is replenished.
- Place business card & new devices orders for the store and head office team members upon need.
- Collect the sales tools needs from store management and prepare requests, then confirm it with the Sales & Ops Supervisor
Store logistics :
- Point of contact & escalation for stores and transportation service providers
- Support with any logistical needs related to transportation of High Value Jewellery for events or store openings
IT applications
- In coordination with the Central IT office, ensure all systems and Store IT tools are operating smoothly.
- Follow up with the stores on all IT related issues and be the point of contact to address them with the IT Central Office.
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree
- With a first successful experience preferably in retail administration in a fast-paced environment (internship included)
- A dynamic mindset and flexible, with willingness to take ownership.
- Good command of English both written and verbal. Arabic is a plus.
- MS Office skills; Excel, Word, and Power point.
- Excellent follow-up, organizational, and communications skills.
- Ability and flexibility to travel within the GCC.
