Your role

- Activity participate and contribute in client engagements and execute the work plan
- Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintainingmunication, and updating senior team members on progress
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients






- Build strong internal relationships within EY Consulting and across other services

Eligibility

- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Organizational Behavior / Industrial Engineering, or related field of study with strong academic credentials
- Graduated within 18 months of applying to the Graduate Program
- Excellent written and verbalmunication.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English language skills
- UAE Nationals will only be considered
