Responsibilities:
- Build trust and credibility with stakeholders by understanding their service level expectations.
- Deliver high-quality services by demonstrating awareness of the impact of regulation and risk management.
- Understand key statistics and industry matters before engagement begins.
- Adapt referral instructions to outline the scope of procedures.
- Liaise effectively with onshore and offshore Centers of Excellence.
- Track deliverables from component auditors.
- Link risks, controls, procedures, and findings across the EMS file.
- Articulate audit quality milestones and their contribution to audit quality.
- Understand the rationale behind the timings of the audit plan.
- Prepare documentation anticipating reviewer questions.
- Develop relationships beyond the finance function.
- Maintain awareness of risks around the engagement lifecycle and regulatory environment.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or related field; graduate degree desired.
- 3+ years of experience in public auditing and accounting, preferably with Big Audit Firms.
- Supervise staff, inspect financial records, compile and analyze data, and prepare audit reports.
- Demonstrate ability to plan and manage engagements and ensure deliverables meet specifications.
- International accounting qualification desired: CA, ACCA, or CPA; preferably CA.
- Fluent in English; preference for bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
