Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for EHS programs and initiatives. Ensure alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to advance sustainability initiatives within the organization.
- Oversee the creation and execution of emergency response and disaster preparedness plans.
- Initiate and manage business continuity management systems to mitigate risks and ensure organizational resilience.
- Ensure compliance with national and international legal and regulatory requirements. Develop strategies, policies, and procedures to minimize risks and ensure the safety of employees.
- Lead, develop,
and manage the EHS and sustainability teams to achieve organizational objectives and maintain high standards of performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Registered with Quorate program as OSH Practitioner with Grade A and ISO certification 14001, 45001, and 22301 as lead Auditor.
