About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager – C&I; to join C&I; Administration-Service in Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

1. Assist in planning and coordinating conferences and events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management.
2. Communicate with clients to gather event requirements, provide updates, and address inquiries or concerns.
3. Support event staff by providing guidance, training, and assistance during event setup, execution, and breakdown.
4. Assist in securing event venues, arranging setups,





and coordinating with facilities to ensure all requirements are met.
5. Aid in developing event budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities to optimize financial resources.
6. Assist in liaising with vendors, obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, and coordinating services to fulfill event requirements.
7. Provide on-site support during events to oversee operations, address issues, and ensure client satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
8. Assist in planning event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and guest services, to facilitate smooth event experiences.
9. Participate in post-event evaluations, gather feedback from clients and attendees, and contribute to improvement initiatives.
10.





Perform various administrative duties, such as preparing event documents, maintaining records, and managing event calendars.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communication, or any other relevant field.
2. 4-6 years of relevant experience.
3. Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs
4. Project Management Skills
