We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Higher Learning Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic team to work primarily in EYFS. We currently have four FS1 classes and seven FS2 classes.

The Role – Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
1. Lead high quality interventions to support groups or individual children to ensure all make accelerated progress.
2. Cover EYFS classes when required, following planning and delivering high quality teaching and learning.
The successful candidate will support our teachers in taking a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, maximising their achievement and ability to succeed. This is a great opportunity for a HLTA who is passionate about working in Early Years and who is motivated to inspire learning in children.
Position Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Higher Learning Teaching Assistant
Language: Excellent English language is mandatory

Hours of Work
7.15am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, and up to 12 noon on Fridays; with occasional evening and holiday work.
