Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager who is fluent in Arabic to drive our B2C sales efforts for online courses. You will focus on converting provided leads into customers and enhancing our brand presence in the online education market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote VIPKID’s B2C products.
2.
Lead Conversion: Utilize provided leads to identify opportunities and close sales.
3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
4. Collaboration: Work with marketing and customer service teams for a seamless customer experience.
5. Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
2. Proven 2-3 years experience in B2C sales, preferably in education, insurance, credit card sales or e-learning.
3. Fluency in Arabic is required. Proficiency in English is a plus.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
