We are looking for **Business Development Executive **to join our team as a part of sales and marketing team expansion.
**JOB DISCRIPTION**:
- Research and identify potential clients in need of facility management services, understanding their needs, and assessing how our solutions can add value.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets and business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, addressing their unique requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments,
providing insights to shape our service offerings.
- Successfully negotiate terms and close deals with clients, while ensuring that contracts meet the company's standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities, and provide regular reports to management.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the facility management industry.
- Strong knowledge of facility management solutions and services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
*UAE experience is must

**Salary**:
AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
