**Job Description:

As a Client Relations Executive in the Interior Fitout Industry, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring client satisfaction, managing communication between clients and the company, and assisting in project coordination and execution. You will serve as the link between clients and the company, ensuring that all client needs and expectations are met.

- Proactively engage with clients to understand their interior fit out needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure that client requirements are effectively communicated and executed.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure on-time delivery and quality workmanship.
- Monitor project progress and provide clients with regular updates on the status of their projects.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement.
- Take proactive steps to resolve any client complaints or issues, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Provide clients with information and guidance to help them make informed decisions about interior fitout options.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Assist in preparing and presenting proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Maintain accurate client records, including contracts, communications, and project specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the interior fitout sector.
- Share market insights and client feedback with the company to support business growth strategies.
**Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in client relations or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the interior fitout industry, including materials, processes, and trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
