**Responsibility**:
- Manage recruitment, hiring, testing, and interviews.
- Prepare employment contracts and ensure compliance by employees.
- Manage and update employee records and personal files.
- Develop internal policies and procedures and ensure adherence to them.
- Update employee records with new hire information or changes in employment status
- Maintain and monitor the attendance system and prepare monthly reports.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies procedures, and benefits.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- HR: 2 years (Preferred in UAE)
**Language**:
- English (required)
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
