**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill the dual role of RECEPTIONIST and GRAPHIC DESIGNER. This unique position combines front-desk responsibilities and graphic designing, ensuring smooth daily operations while also contributing to our multimedia content.
**Key Responsibilities:Receptionist Duties**:
- **Front Desk Management**: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle mail distribution, office supplies inventory, and other clerical tasks as needed.
- **Visitor Management**:
Maintain a secure and welcoming environment by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges.
- **Concept Development**: Understanding client needs and objectives, brainstorming ideas, and creating visual concepts that effectively communicate the intended message.
- **Design Creation**: Developing layouts, graphics, and visual elements for various media, including print, digital, and social platforms. This includes creating logos, brochures, advertisements, websites, and other marketing materials.
- **Software Proficiency**: Using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools to create and refine designs.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensuring that all design work aligns with the client’s brand identity and guidelines, maintaining consistency across different platforms and materials.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with clients, marketing teams, copywriters,
and other stakeholders to ensure that the design meets the project goals and requirements.
- **Feedback and Revisions**: Receiving and incorporating feedback from clients or team members, and making necessary revisions to designs to meet their expectations.
- **Project Management**: Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- **Quality Control**: Reviewing final designs for errors, ensuring that all elements are correctly aligned, and preparing files for print or digital distribution.
- **Trend Awareness**: Staying updated with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to keep designs fresh and relevant.
