Al Maher Medical Center is actively looking for enthusiastic, Female, patient Coordinator cum Receptionist with excellent communication skills and knowledge in Insurance. ON URGENT BASIS!
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist the Admin in planning and executing customer service functions.
Welcome patients and assist them with their needs
Answer the phones and direct patient, insurance and vendor call as appropriate.
Register the patient in system and upload the test they need
Plan and coordinate with customer service team in providing excellent and outstanding services to customers.
Ensure that team addresses customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Resolve escalated and complex customer issues on-time.
Provide back-up assistance to team members when needed, especially with insurances.
Deliver world class services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Anticipate customer needs and deliver timely response to meet their expectations.
Identify and resolve problems that affect customer service quality and efficiency.
Recommend best practices to meet service level agreements and improve customer satisfaction.
Handle high volumes of customer calls and should work well under pressure.
**Requirements**:
Having Bachelors degree from reputed university is an advantage
Fluent in Arabic and English is a plus
Mandatory 2-3 years UAE experience
**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jumeirah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
