**HI Design Events**
HI Design Events is an exclusive,
invite-only event series for the hospitality interior design industry, bringing together FF&E; Suppliers and Buyers to meet and do business. Each event is hosted in a 5* hotel, and held over three days - Asia (Phu Quoc, Vietnam), MEA (Ras Al Khaimah, UAE), and Europe (Greece). The role entails marketing and operations support, as well as general event coordination.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and implement an integrated marketing strategy and drop schedule for the portfolio
- Ensure show websites are fully up to date with latest information in accordance with campaign cycle
- Copywrite and proof all marketing materials (in conjunction with Event Director) in line with the content calendar and messaging
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors, such as hotel venue, photographers, and transportation providers, throughout contract negotiation and delivery of services
- Communicate directly with the confirmed delegates, collecting flight information for arranging airport transfers,
pre-event tour bookings, extra night bookings, and general travel assistance
- Manage the design and production of all event collateral including event directories
- Assistance onsite with the seminar host/AV team and manage onsite signage
- Undertake post-event tasks promptly such as surveys, raising POs, and documenting issues and resolutions
**Skills required**:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Able to work well individually and in a group
- Willingness to travel
**Experience required**:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in events
- Experience with the following tools is a plus: Adestra or Emarsys, PowerBI, SalesForce, Google Analytics, social media business manager suites
