**Operations Manager - Interior Fitout**
**Job Overview**
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational aspects of interior fitout projects. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. The Operations Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors, and implement efficient processes to optimize project execution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of interior fitout projects.
- Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues that may impact timelines or budgets.
- Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and supervise project staff as needed.
- Optimize resource utilization to enhance project efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to stay within budget constraints.
- Provide regular financial reports to senior management.
- Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure that interior fitout projects meet or exceed industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing project updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Select and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Ensure that subcontractors adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Project management within the interior fitout industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of construction and fitout processes.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
