We are looking at hiring marketing and client relationship officer for our group whose main job will be
- The marketing and client relationship officer **establishes, develop, and nurture lasting relationships with customers** and focus on maintaining relationships with existing clients and building relationships with new ones.
- The marketing and client relationship officer **job role also includes developing new **sales strategies to generate revenue.
- The marketing and client relationship officer **will** act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, and they liaise with various internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- The marketing and client relationship officer as part of marketer will develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis etc.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Prior experience of marketing & client handling and retention is a must.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,
Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends) are advantage and a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication will be preferred.
Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Marketing: 5 years (preferred)
