Quantity Surveyor (Fitout and Joinery Experience)

Prepare quotations tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
- Work with Sales and Design Team to prepare BOQ's.
- Good IT systems knowledge and skills including AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Photoshop
- Ability to measure works on site and from drawings including competence with electronic measurement systems.
- Ability to analyze and interpret contract conditions.
- Ability to understand, identify and assess project risks.
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to adjust quickly, should there be changes in work priorities

**Education and Training**
- Degree educated - Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent organizing skills






- Advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English

**Experience**
- **Industry Experience - **preferably reputable Joinery companies or architecture practices, engineering

**Experience**:

- Joinery and Fit out: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Tagalog (required)
