**PRO (Public Relations officer) -Al Sulaiman Jewellers, UAE**
**Purpose of Role**:
- Act as the primary point of contact and coordinator between the company and government organizations or authorities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide fast, efficient, and reliable services for all government-related tasks, including Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, and other Immigration-related matters, as well as dealings with the Ministry of Labor, Consulates, and Business Licenses for the company and its group. This includes staying up-to-date with and adapting to frequent changes in rules and regulations on short notice.
- Address and respond promptly to the needs of the business, employees,
and their families, offering assistance with all government-related services.
**Key Results/ Accountabilities**
- **Employee and Dependent Services**:
- Administer the process of obtaining new employment visas/work permits for all expatriate employees by liaising with local UAE government ministries.
- Monitor and manage the renewal of employee residence permits.
- Handle the process of obtaining new residence visas for dependents of employees.
- Facilitate the renewal of residence visas for dependents.
- Assist in obtaining and renewing passports for expatriate employees and their dependents.
- Manage the cancellation of visas for employees and dependents, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Assist with complex medical and police procedures in the event of the death of an employee or their next of kin.
- **Business Facilitation**:
- Liaise with embassies and foreign diplomatic missions to facilitate business visits.
- Coordinate with the UAE Immigration Department to obtain business entry visas for global business visitors.
- **Licenses and Tax Administration**:
- Administer company and joint venture licenses, as well as tax remittances, with various UAE government authorities, including the Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, and Ministry of Finance & Industries.
- **Expert Guidance**:
- Provide expert advice to the business and employees on all visa formalities and other government-related procedures.
- **Record Maintenance**:
- Maintain accurate records for all the above services.
- **Government Regulation Compliance**:
- Stay informed about the ever-changing government rules and regulations to ensure compliance, as some tasks may need to be handled efficiently with little notice.
- **Task Management**:
- Evaluate, prioritize,
and accomplish any urgent tasks (TO-DO-NOW jobs) efficiently and on short notice.
**Requirements**:
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following skills and attributes:
- Educational background: at least completion of Secondary Education
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
- Good influencing skills
- Spoken and written Arabic is a must
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Valid Driving License
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
