**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Management**:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and business goals to provide strategic marketing advice.
- **Campaign Development & Management**:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, media, and other teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- **Budget & Resource Management**:
- Managed campaign budgets,
ensuring cost-effective use of resources and coordinating with marketing manager and media buyer
- Track expenses and prepare budget reports for clients.
- Allocate resources efficiently to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**:
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate results to clients.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Problem-Solving**:
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during campaign execution.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and develop solutions.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- years of experience in marketing account management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics).
**Preferred Skills**:
