**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify leads, prospect new business opportunities, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to showcase products/services and close sales.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Report on sales activities, progress towards targets, and challenges encountered.
**Requirements**:
- **2 to 5 years sales experience is mandatory (preferably in Metal industries).**:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred).
