**CIVIL DRAFTSMAN**
- **Drafting and Design**: Prepare detailed drawings and plans for civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and utilities using drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD). This includes creating blueprints, layout diagrams, and construction details.
- **Technical Support**: Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and other professionals to interpret design requirements and specifications. Assist in translating conceptual designs into practical, detailed drawings.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all drawings and revisions. Ensure that documentation complies with industry standards and regulations.
- **Coordination**:





Work with other departments or stakeholders to ensure that designs are consistent and aligned with project goals. This may involve coordinating with surveyors, planners, and contractors.
- **Quality Control**: Review and verify that drawings adhere to technical specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. Check for accuracy and completeness before finalizing.
- **Revisions and Updates**: Modify and update drawings based on feedback, changes in design, or new project requirements. Ensure that all changes are documented and communicated effectively.
- **Site Analysis**: Assist in conducting site visits to gather data and assess site conditions. This can include measuring dimensions and evaluating existing infrastructure.
- **Project Management Support**: Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables. Track progress and report on any issues or changes that may impact the project schedule.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.





Provide clarification on design elements and address any concerns or questions.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all designs and drawings meet local, state, and national building codes and standards. Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry best practices.

**REQUIREMENT**

Salary AED 6,000+ACC+TC.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Civil Draftsman: 5 years (preferred)
