Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive for our Travel Agency.
- Proven work experience in a travel agency in UAE.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Experience to Reply customer queries.
- Promote and sell visa services to individuals, travel agencies, and corporate clients. Highlight the benefits of using the company’s visa services, including efficiency, reliability, and support.
- Manage inquiries from clients regarding visa services,
ensuring clear communication and providing solutions to any concerns or questions they may have.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, detailing client interactions, sales performance, and any challenges encountered.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through proactive sales efforts.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Regularly follow up with leads to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Should be energetic and passionate to bring in new customers.
- Productivity & Efficiency.
- Responsible for supporting the operational recommendations to achieve customer service.
**SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to achieve high results.
- Passionate customer-focused attitude and strong negotiation and rapport-building skills.
- Experienced to maintain customer data properly.
- Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills.
**Languages: English**
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (required)
**Experience**:
