**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct a minimum of 300 outbound calls daily to potential clients to introduce off-plan real estate projects and generate interest.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Identify and qualify sales leads, ensuring they meet the company’s criteria for potential buyers.
- Generate a minimum of 10 qualified sales leads daily.
- Schedule appointments for property viewings and follow up with clients to provide additional information as needed.
- Successfully generate at least 1 meeting per day with potential clients for property viewings or further discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions,





and sales activities in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide feedback to management on customer responses and potential areas for improvement in sales strategies.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations for potential clients.
- Follow up on leads generated through other marketing channels to ensure consistent lead nurturing.
- Report daily performance metrics to the team leader or sales manager.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business,





or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly off-plan projects, is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Telemarketing: 1 year (required)

English, Hindi, Urdu
Multilingual abilities are advantageous.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
