**Job Title: Sales Representative - Business Setup, Real Estate, Insurance, and Banking**
**Location**: IBN Battuta Gate Office Building, Fifth Floor-502G, Dubai, UAE.
**Language Requirements**: Persian and English MUST
**Salary Range**:3,000 AED to 5,000 AED per month + Commission
**Visa**: Have Own VISA
**Responsibilities**:
Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients in the fields of business setup, real estate, insurance, and banking.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services related to business setup, real estate transactions, insurance policies, and banking solutions.
Consultative Selling: Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions,
offering comprehensive advice and guidance throughout the sales process.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Targets and Reporting: Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in business setup, real estate, insurance, or banking sectors.
Language Skills: Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with business setup processes, real estate transactions, insurance products, and banking services.
Customer-Centric Approach:
Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
