**Job Description: Call Center Agent**
**Location**: Padra Medical Center
**Role Overview**:
As a Call Center Agent at Padra Medical Center, you'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, handling customer complaints, and managing appointments. You will guide patients through hair transplant procedures, schedule consultations, and provide detailed information about services, offers, and pricing.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inbound Calls**: Answer and assist patients with queries about hair transplants, book consultations, and confirm appointments.
- **Outbound Calls**: Follow up on leads, re-engage prospects, and confirm appointments.
- **Appointment Confirmation**:
Confirm scheduled appointments with patients and provide necessary details.
- **Customer Complaints**: Direct complaints to appropriate personnel, escalate when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
- **Follow-Up**: Contact patients who missed appointments or need further engagement.
- **Database Management**: Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- **Daily Reporting**: Create daily reports on leads, consultations, and follow-up progress.
**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software.
