We are looking for a creative social media executive with confident communication and creativity skills. A passionate storyteller and someone who wants to create things that the internet wants to see. The applicant must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work comfortably under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
**1. Creating impactful content for social media, websites and other distribution channels ** The ability to turn content into a volume of social gold (clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc)
**2.
Scan media marketplace to keep up-to-date on the latest media trends ** Working with a wide range and quality of video and static imagery - from a collection of work site photography to short video clips - and turning them content assets built for individual platforms and audiences
**3. Take photos of the construction work site (before & after) **Ability to present the daily improvement of the construction site.
4. **Uses and creates on social media daily Videography or design education OR equivalent relevant experience, all applicants will be asked to provide recent content examples from social media accounts ** Demonstrable experience with building effective media campaigns
5. **Proficient in one or many of the Adobe Creative Suite programs ** Ability to create appropriate content for dissemination via press releases, social media, websites and other distribution channels
6. **Ability to nurture long-term relationships with key media influencers ** Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
7.
**Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines ** Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**8. Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills**
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Social Media Executive: 4 years (preferred)
