We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Services Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client and prospect enquiries, ensuring all queries are addressed with appropriate information and solutions.
- Assist in developing client proposals, presentations, and service agreements.






- Track and report client service metrics, identifying opportunities to improve the client experience.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to offer tailored solutions to clients.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives by identifying upsell opportunities and expanding client accounts.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a client service or account management role, preferably within the advertising or creative industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing client concerns.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge and experience in the advertising industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
