**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR REGISTERED NURSE**
1. Develop a plan of care for each patient.
2. Assess and manage all patient populations with appropriate intervention
3. Insert, manage, and discontinue intravenous catheters and intraurethral catheters.
4. Record vital signs, recognize and address abnormalities.
5. Perform essential life support (BLS).
6. Support patient with personal care activities such as feeding, dressing, and performing hygiene.
7. Prepare patients for medical examination and treatment.
8. Administer medications and monitor patients for any side effects and reactions
9. Administer treatments such as IV fluids and monitor patients for any reactions.
10.
Provide wound care management.
11. Assist in medical procedures invasive or non-invasive as needed.
12. Collect blood samples and other body fluids specimens for laboratory work.
13. Provide postpartum support.
14. Operate and monitor medical equipment.
15. Facilitate the process of safe patient's admission and discharge.
16. Transfer patient safely into and out of bed and chair.
17. Provide patient care while maintaining the basic principle of medicine of “do no harm.”
18. Record details and symptoms of the patient medical history and current health.
19. Promote patient optimum health and wellbeing.
20. Identify patients' care requirements and implement the identified and expected patient's plan.
21. Participate in decision-making concerning patients’ care as well as coordinate their care with other healthcare professionals and facilities.
22. Maintain a safe environment using quality assurance and risk management strategies.
23.
Provide a safe environment for patients and staff, including implementing infection control procedures.
24. Participate in continuous healthcare related quality improvement activities.
25. Reflect on practice outcomes and make changes to practice when appropriate.
26. Evaluates patient’s treatment outcome.
27. Engage in proper documentation relevant to patient’s care.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- nursing: 2 years (required)
License/Certification:
- HAAD or DOH License (required)
