SearchPlus HR is a reputable human resources consulting firm currently looking for a skilled and compassionate Maternal and Fetal Medicine Specialist / Consultant.
As a Maternal and Fetal Medicine Specialist / Consultant at SearchPlus HR, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional healthcare to pregnant individuals and their unborn babies.
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing complex maternal and fetal conditions, overseeing high-risk pregnancies, and delivering specialized care to ensure the health and well-being of both mother and baby.
Your expertise and patient-centered approach will contribute to positive outcomes and the overall satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Provide specialized care to pregnant individuals with maternal and fetal conditions
- Diagnose and manage complex maternal and fetal conditions, including genetic disorders and birth defects
- Oversee the management of high-risk pregnancies and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Perform and interpret fetal ultrasound examinations
- Create personalized treatment plans and offer counseling on pregnancy-related matters
- Collaborate with obstetricians, genetic counselors, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay updated with the latest research, advancements, and best practices in maternal and fetal medicine
Requirements
- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Maternal and Fetal Medicine Specialist / Consultant
- Completion of a recognized fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
- Proven experience in managing complex maternal and fetal conditions
- Expertise in performing and interpreting fetal ultrasound examinations
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in maternal and fetal medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to diagnose and address complex medical issues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
